Option 1: Nutrition Foundations

  • Nutrition Foundations is ideal for those generally looking to learn more about how to determine their nutritional needs based on goals (e.g., lose fat, gain muscle, improve training performance) and improve eating habits. 

  • The Nutrition Foundations program will provide the information you need to set up your own plan. Learn how to determine your calorie requirements, set macronutrients, make food choices, and track progress. Throughout the eight weeks, a private HDT Nutrition FB group will be used for information sharing, Q&A, and helping one another stay accountable in a fun and supportive environment.

  • What you receive: 

    • Nutrition Fundamentals Guide covering critical nutrition topics for HDT athletes

    • Access to private HDT Nutrition FB Group

    • HDT Recipe eBook (at end of 8 weeks, all recipes shared by members in the group will be compiled sent to you as an eBook

  • $80 for 8-week cycle:

    • Option to split payment into 2 payments ($40 per) via Payment Plans, one month apart (codes do not apply)

    • For those that completed 8 weeks and want to continue thru inter-rounds and the following round of HDT, you will receive a back-to-back code for 20% off. Must be full purchase for the code to work.

Option 2: Custom Nutrition Plan + Support

 

  • If you have a specific goal, (e.g., lose 15 lbs., reduce body fat to x%, run a xx-minute mile, complete an endurance event), this option provides you with a customized nutrition plan designed to meet that goal considering your training and lifestyle. This is an ideal choice for those looking for optimized recommendations and want to remove all guesswork from their nutrition. You will check in twice per month with Kim for plan adjustment (if needed).

  • What you receive: 

    • Customized Nutrition Plan (you will fill out a questionnaire before starting) 

    • Measurement and weight tracking file (Excel)

    • 2x month email check in with Kim (for plan adjustment based on progress)

    • Access to private HDT Nutrition FB Group

    • HDT Recipe eBook (at end of 8 weeks, all recipes shared by members in the group will be compiled sent to you as an eBook

  • $200 for 8-week cycle:

    • Option to split payment into 2 payments ($100 per) via Payment Plans, one month apart (codes do not apply)

    • For those that completed 8 weeks and want to continue thru inter-rounds and the following round of HDT, you will receive a back to back code for 20% off. Must be full purchase for the code to work. 

Option 3: 1:1 Performance Coaching

  • 1:1 performance coaching is an intimate process beyond typical (passive) nutrition programs. If you have specific goals or concerns and want a highly specified plan plus ongoing accountability and near-real time feedback on any questions, this is the right option for you. Some potential scenarios are

    1. ​Having a significant amount of weight to lose and do not know much about nutrition – starting from ground zero and need to establish transformational habits to ensure that you keep the weight off for life.

    2. Training for competition or extended endurance event (e.g., powerlifting/weightlifting, ultrarunning, CrossFit, GORUCK) 

    3. Targeted aesthetic/physique goals – growing muscle or maintaining muscle while shredding fat
